摘 要:目的针对市场多样化的需求,研究扩展对称结构n棱柱(台)折叠纸盒的自锁底作业线。方法集中研究了各种对称结构多棱柱(台)盒底的第3粘合点,定义了自锁底纸盒的第1、第2、第3非成型作业线,提出了n≥5的n棱柱(台)型自锁底折叠纸盒设计的第3非成型作业线。结果 n不论是奇数还是偶数,对称结构的n棱柱(台)折叠纸盒在自锁结构设计时,第3非成型作业线是盒底主板的轴对称线,该线是盒底1个角或1对角的角平分线,其起始端由盒体的成型作业线或第1非成型作业线在盒底投影的位置决定,这是此结构设计的关键。结论提出的第3非成型作业线,可以增加自锁底的粘合面积和盒底强度,同时使自锁底设计的盒型更加多样化。To fully meet the diversified needs of market, auto end-locked cartons of n prisms (frustum) symmetrical structure folding carton were extended. The design of non-molding working score of auto end-locked structure is critical. Here, our study focused on the third glued point to a variety of multi prisms (frustum) symmetric structure cartons; the first, second, third non molding working score of auto end-locked carton were defined, and the third non-molding working score of auto end-locked carton with n prisms (frustum) was proposed (n≥5). When the auto end-locked carton was designed with n(either odd or even) prisms(frustum) and symmetric structure, the third non molding working score was the axisymmetric line of the main bottom panel, which was the bisector of one or two diagonal angles of the bottom. The starting point was determined by molding working score of carton body or the bottom projection location of the first non molding working score, which was the key to the design of auto end-locked carton with n prisms(frustum) and symmetrical structure. Taken together, the third non molding working score of auto end-locked carton was proposed, which can increase adhesive area, improve bottom strength, and make the type of auto end-locked cartons more diversified.
