芪参益气滴丸结合波利维治疗对冠心病炎症因子C反应蛋白和纤维蛋白质的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨芪参益气滴丸结合波利维治疗对冠心病炎症因子C反应蛋白(CRP)、纤维蛋白质(FIB)的影响。方法:选择在我院诊治的冠心病患者80例,根据随机抽签原则分为对照组与治疗组各40例,两组都给予常规治疗,在此基础上对照组口服波利维治疗,治疗组口服芪参益气滴丸结合波利维治疗,均治疗4周。结果:所有患者都完成治疗,治疗组与对照组的有效率分别为95.0%和87.5%,治疗组的治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的血浆CRP与FIB表达值都明显下降(P<0.05),同时治疗后治疗组的血浆CRP与FIB值明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。所有患者治疗后随访6个月,治疗组的再次心肌梗死、心力衰竭、心绞痛反复发作、冠脉血运重建等不良反应发生情况明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:芪参益气滴丸结合波利维治疗冠心病能有效降低CRP与FIB的表达,提高总体治疗效果,降低远期心血管事件的发生,有很好的应用价值。Objective ： To discuss the inflammatory cytokines C‐reactive protein （CRP ） ,fibrinogen （FIB ） effects of Qishen Yiqi dripping pills combined plavix for treating coronary heart disease .Methods ：From february 2012 to january 2015 ,selected 80 patients with coronary heart disease accorded to the principle of random draw were equally di ‐vided into control and treatment group with 40 patients ,two groups were given conventional treatment cardiology ,on this basis ,the control group was treated with plavix treatment ,the treatment group was treated with Qishen Yiqi dripping pills combined plavix ,all treatment for 4 weeks .Results ：All patients were completed the treatment ,the response rates in the treatment group and the control group were 95 .0% and 87 .5% ,respectively that the treatment group was signifi‐cantly higher （P 〈 0 .05） .The plasma CRP and FIB expression values after treatment were significantly decreased （P 〈0 .05） ,while the value of plasma CRP and FIB in the treatment group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0 .05） .All patients were followed up for six months ,the again myocardial infarction ,heart failure ,recurrent angina ,coronary revascularization ,and other adverse effects in the treatment group were significantly less than those in the control group （P 〈 0 .05） .Conclusion ：The Qishen Yiqi dripping pills combined plavix for trea‐ting coronary heart disease can reduce the expression of CRP and FIB ,improve the overall treatment effect ,reduce the in‐cidence of long‐term cardiovascular events that has very good values .
