摘 要:目的了解学龄前儿童的尿镉水平。方法对无锡市南长区和上海市徐汇区、宝山区607例0~7岁学龄前儿童尿镉水平进行调查,采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法进行检测。结果学龄前儿童尿镉水平为0~4.857μg/g Cr,均值为(0.822±0.926)μg/g Cr,所有调查对象的尿镉水平均没有超过职业性镉中毒标准。无锡市南长区儿童尿镉水平为0.002~4.646μg/g Cr,均值为(0.969±0.914)μg/g Cr,上海市徐汇区和宝山区儿童尿镉水平为0~4.857μg/g Cr,均值为(0.452±0.741)μg/g Cr,两地区尿镉水平差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。尿镉水平在各年龄组及性别上差异均没有统计学意义。结论学龄前儿童的尿镉均值较低,无超标的异常值,但在不同地区间存在差异,应重视食物镉污染的现状,加强生活卫生宣教,提高环境保护意识。Objective To understand the level of urinary cadmium in preschool children. Methods The urinary cadmium level of 607 children aged from 0 to 7 years were determined by graphite furnace atom absorption spectrophotometer. Results It was shown that the urinary cadmium of preschool children was 0-4.857 μg/gCr and (0.822±0.926) μg/gCr in an average, all urinary cadmium levels were lower than occupational cadmium poisoning diagnosis standard. The urinary cadmium of preschool children in Wuxi City was 0.002-4.646 μg/gCr and (0.969±0.914) μg/gCr in an average, the urinary cadmium of preschool children in Shanghai City was 0-4.857 μg/gCr and (0.452±0.741)μg/gCr in an average, there was significant difference of urinary cadmium in 2 areas (P〈0.01). There were no significant differences in urinary cadmium levels in all age groups and gender. Conclusion Urinary cadmium of preschool children was lower than poisoning standard, while statistical differences existed in geographical differences. Attention should be paid to cadmium contamination control in different environment.
