摘　　要：为进一步贯彻落实党的十八届四中全会精神和全国宣传部长会议精神,中央国家机关工委决定,今年在中央国家机关开展法制人物和法制故事宣传展示活动。住房城乡建设工作与民生关系密切,法律法规体系也较为复杂,法治工作难度大。住建系统法制工作者忠于职守,勇于担当,深入推进依法行政,展现出良好的精神风貌,涌现了一大批先进人物。本刊特开辟专栏,宣传住房城乡建设系统法制建设典型人物和典型事迹,供全系统学习。It's determined by State Organs Work Committee of the CPC to publicize and display the legal figures and stories in Central Authority of the CPC in order to further implement the decisions made the 4th plenary session of 18 th CPC Central Committee and National Publicity Department. As the construction of urban-rural housing is associated with human beings and the legal system is complicated, so it is difficult to handle the legal work. The legal employees in the housing system stick to the duty, dare to assume liabilities, in-depth promote legal administration, which exhibits good merit spirit and displays a large number of advanced figures. It's specially covered in the paper to publicize classic figures and examples during legal construction in housing urban-rural construction for all employees to learn the experience.
