摘　　要：项目利益相关者管理是项目管理的一个重要方面,但是相关研究起步较晚,且很多是借鉴公司利益相关者的研究。项目与公司作为不同性质的组织,其特点显著不同。通过分析公司利益相关者与项目利益相关者之间的不同之处,提出项目利益相关者管理的重点及注意事项,以确保项目的成功实施。Stakeholder management is an important aspect of project management, but the research of project stakeholder management starts relatively late. Most of the researches of project stakeholders learn from stakeholder management of companies. The organizations of companies and projects are different, they have different characteristics. Through the analysis of the difference of the stakeholders of projects and companies, it puts forward the key points and attentions of project stakeholder management to ensure the success of projects.
