人参皂甙Re对兽用狂犬病灭活疫苗的佐剂作用

摘　　要：大量研究表明从人参中提取的人参皂甙Re(Re)具有提高机体免疫功能的作用,显示了良好的免疫佐剂活性,但其对兽用狂犬病灭活苗(RV)在犬上的免疫佐剂活性研究鲜有报道。本试验将比格犬随机分成RV(1头份)组和RV(1头份)+Re(100μg/只)组,在免疫前1周和免疫后1,4,8,16周采血,进行血清特异性抗体和外周血淋巴细胞CD4+/CD8+值的检测。结果表明,RV+Re试验组能显著提高血清特异性抗体水平,并明显延长了血清特异性抗体的持续时间,提高了CD4+/CD8+值。提示Re作为佐剂能增强机体对抗原的免疫应答,提高RV疫苗的免疫效果。The inactivated rabies virus vaccine（RV）has been applied in canine expensively,but is prone to failure in some cases.Ginsenoside Re（Re）is a saponin isolated fromPanax ginseng,and has an adjuvant property.Here the adjuvant effect of Re on the immune response to the RV is evaluated in canine.Beagle dog were immunized with RV and RV adjuvanted with 100μg Re.Different time points after boosting,we collected blood samples and separated serum and splenocytes to detect antibody titer and the expression of CD4＋and CD8＋T-cell subsets.Results indicated that coadministration of Re significantly enhanced and amplified serum antibody responses,increased the CD4＋/CD8＋ratio.This suggests that Re as an adjuvant could enhance the body immune response to the antigen and improve the inactivated rabies virus vaccine effect on canine.
