摘 要:为探讨高钒对雏鸡肝脏生长、结构和几个重要酶活性的影响,选用1日龄AA肉鸡健雏420只,随机分为6组,每组70只,分别饲以对照日粮(钒0.073 mg/kg)和高钒日粮(钒5 mg/kg,高钒Ⅰ组;钒15 mg/kg,高钒Ⅱ组;钒30mg/kg,高钒Ⅲ组;钒45mg/kg,高钒Ⅳ组;钒60mg/kg,高钒Ⅴ组)共计6周,以实验病理学和生化试剂盒检测的方法观察研究雏鸡肝脏变化。结果显示,与对照组比较,高钒Ⅱ组肝脏质量在试验第2,3和4周显著降低,高钒Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组肝脏质量在整个试验期间显著降低,同时高钒Ⅲ、Ⅳ和Ⅴ组肝细胞出现颗粒变性和空泡变性;高钒Ⅳ、Ⅴ组ATP酶活性显著降低,而血清ALT、AST酶活性显著升高;高钒Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组血液葡萄糖和肝脏糖原含量减少。上述结果表明,日粮钒含量超过30mg/kg时可使雏鸡肝脏受损,肝功能降低。The objective of this study was to clarify the effects of high vanadium on the liver growth and structure,the activities of hepatic Na+-K+-ATPase and serum ALT,AST in broilers.Four hundred and twenty one-day-old avian broilers were divided into six groups and fed on a corn-soybean basal diet as control diet(0.073mg/kg)or the same diet with 5,15,30,45,60mg/kg vanadium as ammonium metavanadate(high vanadium groupsⅠ-Ⅴ)for 6w.As tested by the methods of experimental pathology and biochemical reagent kits,the liver weight were significantly lower in group Ⅱ at 2,3and 4week and in high vanadium groupsⅢ,Ⅳ,Ⅴthan that of control group and there was a certain granular and vacuolar degeneration in hepatocytes in those groups.Meanwhile,the Na+-K+-ATPase activities of liver were significantly lower in high vanadium groupsⅣ and Ⅴthan that of control group,while the activities of serum ALT,AST were significantly increased.The glycogen and blood glucose contents were decreased in high vanadium groups Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ.The results showed high vanadium over 30mg/kg could induce lesion to liver in chicken.
