甘草提取物对产蛋后期蛋鸡生产性能及蛋品质的影响

摘　　要：为探讨甘草提取物在蛋鸡生产中的应用,试验选用3 000只420日龄的海兰褐壳蛋鸡,随机分为5组,每组6个重复,每个重复100只,分别为基础饲粮组以及40,80,120,150mg/kg甘草提取物添加水平组,试验期40d。结果表明：（1）与对照组相比,饲粮添加80mg/kg甘草提取物显著降低了料蛋比（P〈0.05）,各试验组产蛋率、平均蛋质量、日采食量和破蛋率与对照组无显著差异（P〉0.05）;（2）与对照组相比,各试验组均可显著改善蛋黄颜色（P〈0.05）,但蛋壳强度、蛋壳厚度、蛋白高度和哈氏单位与对照组差异不显著（P〉0.05）;（3）饲粮添加80～150mg/kg甘草提取物可显著降低蛋黄胆固醇含量（P〈0.05）,且各试验组均有提高蛋清相对质量、蛋清蛋白质含量和蛋黄蛋白质含量的趋势,但差异不显著（P〉0.05）。综合分析表明,蛋鸡饲粮中添加80mg/kg甘草提取物效果最佳。The experiment was conducted to study the effect of licorice extract on the production performance and egg quality of aged-laying hens.3 000（420-day-old）laying hens were randomly divided into 5groups.Each group was assigned 6replications of 100 each.The control group fed with the corn-soybean meal based diets,and other experimental groups fed with the basic diets added with licorice extract 40,80,120 and 150 mg/kg,respectively.The trial lasted 40 days.The results showed that：（1）the experiment group added with 80mg/kg licorice extract significantly decreased the feed conversion ratio（P〈0.05）.No significant difference in average laying rate,average egg weight and broken egg rate was observed among the treatments（P〉0.05）;（2）yolk color of each experiment group were significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）,there no significant difference was observed in the eggshell thickness,eggshell strength,egg albumen height and haugh unit among all the groups（P〉0.05）;（3）the experimental groups added with 80-150mg/kg licorice extract significantly decreased the contents of cholesterol in egg yolk（P〈0.05）,no significant difference was observed in the egg white comparative weight,protein in egg white and egg yolk among all the treatment,but compared with the control group,all the experimental groups have an upward trend（P〉0.05）.In conclusion,licorice extract at the dosage of80mg/kg is suitable for aged-laying hens.
