摘  要:引导部分地方本科高校转型发展为应用技术大学是国家作出的重大决策。应用技术大学在现代职业教育体系中的定位、工程师社会地位的失落、区域发展需求匹配性和转型期的矛盾等为地方本科院校的转型发展带来冲击和挑战。面对服务经济社会发展的现实需要、专业学位研究生教育向转型应用技术大学倾斜的政策利好,借鉴发达国家和地区举办应用技术大学的成功经验,地方本科院校在转型发展中,应采取把教师转型发展放在学校发展的首要地位、谋求政府和市场的实质参与、实行校内选择部分专业试点等策略。Guiding some local undergraduate universities to transform and develop into the universities of applied science is an important policy made by the state. Firstly, this paper analyzes the impacts and challenges of the issues on the transformational development, including the position of the university of applied science in the modern occupational education, the lost social status of the engineers, the need-supply match and the contradictions in the transformation period. Secondly, it discusses the opportunities and conditions provided by such facts as the better service to social-economic development, the tilt policy of the granting professional degree education right to the universities of applied science and the successful experience of the university of applied science in the developed countries and regions. Lastly, it puts forward the strategies and suggestions, for example, regarding the development of teachers as the first position of the university development, seeking the substantive participation of the government and market, choosing some specialties for the pilot program and to preferentially running a college of international cooperation as the path breakthrough.
