摘 要:基于结构动力学和复合材料振动力学,考虑了钢丝束和HDPE复合材料对吊杆频率的影响,推导出考虑抗弯刚度、转动惯量、剪切变形及转动惯量和剪切变形耦合影响下索力计算公式,在此基础上提出了考虑高强钢丝和HDPE复合材料刚柔耦合振动的吊杆力适用公式.通过室内不同张拉力试验,测试出有HDPE复合材料的4m,6m和8m三种长度索对应的频率,采用解联立方程组和数理统计的方法得出适用公式修正系数的取值,试验发现:有HDPE复合材料的吊杆频率比无HDPE复合材料的吊杆频率平均低1.552 7 Hz.通过室内和现场对不同长度及不同张拉力索力进行了试验,结果表明:实际张拉力与本文索力适用公式计算的理论张拉力最大误差为5.3%,表明推导出的公式可满足精度要求,有较强的实用性.Based on the structural dynamics and vibration mechanics of composite materials ,consid‐ered the effect of steel beam and high‐density polyethylene (HDPE) composite on suspender frequency ,the cable force calculation formula was derived by considering the influence of bending stiffness , moment of inertia ,shear deformation ,rotary inertia and shear deformation .The practical formulas to determine cable tension was given by considering the high strength steel wire and HDPE composites with rigid flexible coupling vibration based on this put forward .Through indoor under different ten‐sion ,the composite materials with HDPE sheath composite of 4 m ,6 m ,8 m three kinds of length of cable corresponding frequency was tested .Then the value of correction coefficient in the formula was obtained by using the method of solving simultaneous equations and mathematical statistics .It can be found from the test that the average frequency of composite materials with HDPE sheath is 1 .552 7 Hz lower than that of composite materials without HDPE sheath .Results show that the maximum error between the proposed theory tension cable force formula and the actual tension is 5 .3% by indoor and field test of cable force of different length and different tension ,which shows that the formula can meet the requirements of precision with stronger practicability .
