摘　　要：社会秩序与社会和谐密切相关。弄清社会秩序的基础,有助于社会主义和谐社会的构建。本文在综合性善论和性恶论两种不同人性假设及其社会治理主张的基础上,概括出人性二元论,认为人性如同一张两歧图,明暗相交,善恶并存,社会行动者如何行动,受制于道德情操、社会规范和社会强制三种基本力量,因而提出"社会秩序三角"的概念。道德情操与德治紧密相连,社会规范和社会强制与法治息息相关,和谐社会的构建既需要借助个人道德情操的力量以实现自律,也需要借助社会规范和社会强制力量以实现他律,最终实现德治与法治的有机统一。Social order is related to social harmony.It is helpful to build a harmonious socialist society to clarify the basis of the social order.A concept of ＂ social order triangle＂ was proposed, based on two different assumptions about human nature and their ideas on social governance, in this article.The author considered humanity nature as a dichotomy map, in which good and evil coexisted. Social action of individual is subject to three fundamental forces： the forces of moral, social norms and coercive power. We need to hold back the evil in human nature by social norms and coercive power and exploit the good by personal moral discipline if we want to achieve the unity of rule by virtue and rule of law and build a harmonious society ultimately.
