探讨电视胸腔镜手术(VATS)在肺结核球手术治疗中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的观察分析电视胸腔镜手术(VATS)在肺结核球手术治疗中的临床应用价值。方法选取我院2011年6月至2014年7月收治的66例肺结核球患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各33例。对照组患者行常规开胸手术,观察组患者行电视胸腔镜手术(VATS)手术,比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后带管时间及术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量与对照组比较,(P>0.05)不具有统计学意义;观察组患者术后带管时间及术后并发症发生率均显著优于对照组,(P<0.05)差异具有统计学意义。结论电视胸腔镜手术在在肺结核手术治疗中具有重要意义,且安全、有效,值得临床广泛应用及推广。Obj ectlve： observe and analyze clinical application value of video assisted thoracic surgery （VATS） in treating pulmonary tuberculosis. Method： choose 66 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis patients as research object received in our hospital during June 2011 and July 2014, and randomly divide them into control group and observation group, 33 cases in each. Control group patients is applied conventional thoracotomy, observation group patients receives video-assisted thoracoscope surgery（VATS）, and compare two groups of patients with operation time, intraoperative amoo,at of bleeding, postoperative tube time and postoperative complications. Result： compare operative time, bleeding quantity of observation and control group （P 〉 0.05）, there is no statistical significance. But tube time after operative; postoperative complication of observation group is significantly better than that of control group（P〈0.05）, the difference shows statistical significance. Conclusion： video assisted thoracic surgery has important significance in treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis, which is safe and effective, is worthy of being spreaded and applied clinically.
