超声、静脉肾盂造影、CT扫描对先天性输尿管狭窄诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨超声、静脉肾盂造影、CT扫描对先天性输尿管狭窄的诊断价值。方法选取我院2012年4月至2014年6月24例先天性输尿管狭窄患者,分析经超声、静脉肾盂造影、CT检查的影像资料情况。结果 24例患者均经超声检查显示肾盂积水,均经静脉肾盂造影检查显示患侧肾盂肾盏均有扩张积水症状,9例经CT扫描检查显示肾影肾盂及近段输尿管积水明显增大,狭窄段输尿管可以得到较为清晰显现。结论静脉肾盂造影对于先天性输尿管狭窄是一种主要诊断措施,超声可以进行最初筛查肾积水工作,动态增强CT能够显现出肾实质动态增强曲线,由此对肾实质受损程度评估起到间接作用。ObJective： discuss diagnosis value of ultrasound, intravenous pyelographyand CT scanning for congenital stricture of ureter. Method： choose 24 cases congenital stricture of ureter patients received in our hospital during Apr. 2014 and Jue, 2014, and analyze scanning materials of ultrasound, intravenous pyelography and CT. Result： aider ultrasound checkup, 24 cases patients showed hydronephrosis, and intravenous pyelography scanning showed glvnoid renal calices having symptoms of expansion hydrops, 9 cases by CT scanning showed shadow pelvis and proximal ureterhydrops significant expansion, and it is clearly seen for stricture ureter.Conclusion：intravenous pyelography for congenital ureteral stricture is a major diagnostic measures, and ultrasound can be applied for initial screening hydronephrosis, dynamic enhanced CT can show renal parenchyma dynamic enhancement curve, which takes indirect functions to evaluation on kidney damage degree.
