三联疗法治疗女性外阴尖锐湿疣88例临床疗效及复发率的分析

摘　　要：目的探究尤脱欣、微波联合重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶三联疗法治疗外阴尖锐湿疣的临床疗效及复发率。方法我院妇科门诊自2010年1月至2014年12月以来诊断为女性外阴尖锐湿疣患者88例,分为两组,A组(治疗组)46例,采用尤脱欣、微波局部治疗后外用重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶6周;B组(对照组)42例采用尤脱欣联合微波治疗。两组均在治疗后4、8、12、l6、24周随访。比较两组的临床疗效。结果 A组总有效率为97.83%(35/46),明显高于B组85.72%(36/42),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后24周,最终临床治愈率A组为97.8%、B组71.4%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);再次复发率A组2.2%,B组28.6%,两组比较有显著性差异(p<0.05),两组出现的不良反应短暂而轻微。结论尤脱欣、微波联合重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗外阴尖锐湿疣疗效较好,可明显降低复发率,且安全性高。Objective To explore the podophyllotoxin tincture, microwave combined with recombinant human interferon alpha 2b gel triple therapy treating vulva condyloma acuminatum clinical efficacy and recurrence rate. Methods In our hospital outpatient service of Department of gynaecology since January 2010 to December 2014 diagnosis for 88 cases of female patients with condyloma acuminatum, divided into two groups, group A （treatment group, n=46）, the podophyllotoxin tincture, microwave after local treatment of topical recombinant people interferon a-2b Gel in 6 weeks;group B （control group） 42 cases with podophyllotoxin tincture combined with microwave treatment. Two groups were followed up for 4,8,12,16,24 weeks after treatment. The clinical efifcacy of the two groups were compared. Results In group A, the total effective rate was 97.83%（35/46）, was signiifcantly higher than that in group B 85.72%（36/42）, the difference is statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）;24 weeks after treatment, the clinical cure rate in group A was 97.8%, 71.4%in group B, the difference between the two groups has statistical signiifcance （P〈0.05）;recurrence rate in group A 2.2%, 28.6%in group B, two groups compared with signiifcant difference （P〈0.05）. The adverse reactions of the two groups is temporary and slight. C o n c l u s i o n Podophyllotoxin tincture, microwave combined with recobinant human interferon a-2b Gel in the treatment of vulvar condyloma acuminatum curative effect is better, and it can signiifcantly reduce the relapse rate and safety of high.
