乳胶管与金属管在子宫输卵管碘油造影中的应用观察

摘　　要：目的比较乳胶造影管与金属造影管子宫输卵管碘油造影的优缺点。方法对 10 1例乳胶造影管与 5 1例金属造影管造影病例不同结果对照分析。结果乳胶造影管在减少宫颈管损伤出血、淋巴管 /血管碘油栓塞、子宫穿孔、造影剂外溢、操作者暴露于X线时间及操作方便方面明显优于金属造影管 ;金属造影管具有置管时下腹胀痛轻、宫腔形态缺损少、造影头滑脱率低、输卵管显影率高、造影失败率低、价廉等优点。结论两种造影管各有其优缺点 。Objective To analyze the advantages and disadvantages of Latex Catheter and Metal Catheter in performing hysterosalpingography.Methods: 152 patients who received hysterosalpingography by Latex Catheter or Metal Catheter were studied comparatively.Results Compared With Metal Catheter,Latex Catheter caused less bleeding of cervical canal,less embo1ism than contrast agent,1ower rate of uterine performation and less possibility of overflowing of contrast agent.Besides these,Latex Catheter was easier to use and could reduce the operator's exposure to X-ray.At the same time,Latex Catheter had many other advantages,which were as followed:It could relieve the patients'pain of lower abdomen caused by putting the catheter,1ess morphorlogic defect of Uteral cavity.The rate of imaging of oviduct was higher and the rate of slipping of head of cather,or of defeat of imaging technique was lower.Conclusion:The two catheters have their own advantages and disadvantages.
