摘　　要：目的与南京市a区比较,了解呼和浩特市某区卫生应急工作现状及存在的问题。方法采用卫生部统一制定的全国卫生应急基本情况调查问卷对呼和浩特市某区卫生局、疾病预防控制中心、卫生监督机构、医疗机构等承担卫生应急工作的主要医疗卫生部门进行问卷调查。结果呼和浩特市某区目前已初步构建卫生应急体系,1000分的评分量表中,呼和浩特市某区总得分791,与南京市a区相比存在112分的差距,其中主要在体系建设、监测预警、应急处置3个方面相差较大。结论呼和浩特市某区卫生应急体系以基本确立,但基础依然薄弱,各个方面建设需进一步提高。ABSTRACT：Objective：By compared with nanjing area a, to understand the situation of health status of emergency work in a district of Hohhot. Methods：adopt a unified national health emergency basic information form set by the ministry of health, to investigate the situation of health emergency work on institution of a district of Hohhot. Results：the health emergency response system has been preliminary build of all levels in one district Hohhot. the rating scale of 1000 points, this district scores 791 points, compared to nanjing area a reduce 112 points, the major problems of system construction, monitoring and early warning, emergency disposal in public health response.Conclusions：the health emergency system in a district of Hohhot has been basically established, but there are still many difficulties and problems to be solved.
