优质护理服务在急诊“三无”患者中的应用效果探讨

摘　　要：目的针对优质护理在急诊"三无"患者护理中的临床应用展开研究和分析。方法选取近两年我院急诊科收治的急诊"三无"患者104例,按随机数字表法,将其分为两组,其中观察组52例,对其实施优质护理服务;对照组52例,采用一般的护理方式进行护理。比较两组满意度。结果观察组满意度为97.96%;对照组满意度为76%,两组对比具有统计学意义,(P<0.05)。结论对于急诊"三无"患者实施优质护理服务,不仅可以提供更安全的护理服务,提高护理质量,还有利于提高护理工作满意度,值得在急诊"三无"患者管理中推广。Objective to high quality nursing care of patients with emergency ＂3 without＂ launched research and the analysis of the clinical application. Methods select nearly two years of emergency ＂3 without＂ admitted in our hospital emergency department patients 104 cases, according to random number table method, it can be divided into two groups, one group 52 cases, the implementation of the quality of nursing service; Control group 52 cases, using the general way of nursing care. Compare two groups of satisfaction.Results observation group of satisfaction was 97.96%; Control degree of satisfaction was 76%, compared the two groups have statistical significance （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion for patients with emergency ＂3 without＂ implementation of the quality of nursing service, not only can provide safer care services, improve the quality of nursing, and to improve nursing work satisfaction, is worth popularizing in the management of patients with emergency ＂3 without＂.
