下肢深静脉血栓形成与肺栓塞关系的超声研究

摘　　要：目的研究分析下肢深静脉形成与肺栓塞关系的超声。方法把本院近期收治的53例肺栓塞患者作为本次研究对象,全部患者均经综合诊断确诊是肺栓塞,实施经胸超声心动图检查,并用超声检查患者下肢血管,观察检查情况。结果经超声心动图检查显示,肺栓塞直接征象有10例,间接征象15例,多表现为右心负荷重伴肺动脉高压;经下肢血管超声检查,下肢深静脉血栓31例。结论经结果的分析可知,多数肺栓塞患者均伴下肢深静脉形成,超声检查可准确、快速且无创地检查诊断下肢深静脉形成和肺栓塞,对于疾病临床诊治具有很好的指导作用。Objective research and analyze ultrasonic on relationship between venae profundae membri inferioris and pulmonary embolism. Method take 53 cases pulmonary embolism patients received in our hospital recently as study objects. After general diagnosis all the patients suffered pulmonary embolism examined through thoracic echocardiography and check up lower limb vascular situation by ultrasonic. Result echocardiography examination shows that there are 10 cases showing direct symptoms of pulmonary embolism, and 15 cases indirect symptoms, most of them showed right heart overload with pulmonary hypertension. After examination of lower extremity vascular ultrasound, 31 cases are suffered from venae profundae membri in-ferioris. Conclusion analysis on result shows that most of pulmonary embolism patients also suffer from enae profundae mem-bri inferioris, and ultrasonic examination may diagnose venae profundae membri inferioris and pulmonary embolism accurately and fast without injury, which has instructive function to clinical diagnosis of diseases.
