摘　　要：医疗设备是保证护理服务质量、保障患者治疗得以顺利、安全完成的必备要素。而在我国医疗机构的资金总投入中,医疗设备也占有极高比重,因此医疗设备的正常、有效运行对于相关疾病的有效防控、诊断、治疗和护理工作的延迟,甚至导致患者致死致残、引发医患纠纷,从而给医院各项工作带来巨大的影响。如何通过定期的保养有效避免设备设施在运行过程中出现故障,本文举例分析了医疗设备的维修和保养过程中出现的相关问题,并提出了相应的管理建议,旨在为提升医疗设备的维修和保养质量提供参考。Medical equipment is to ensure the quality of nursing service, guarantee the smooth, safe treatment in patients with essential elements. And in the total capital investment in China＆#39;s medical institutions, medical equipment also occupies a high proportion, so medical equipment normal and effective operation for diseases related to effective prevention, diagnosis, treatment and nursing work delay, and even lead to death and disability in patients with, causing the doctor-patient dispute, to bring great influence to the hospital each work. How to through regular maintenance to avoid equipment failure in the operation process, the paper illustrates and analyses the related problem appearing in the process of medical equipment repair and maintenance, and puts forward the corresponding management recommendations in order to provide reference for improving the quality of medical equipment repair and maintenance.
