优质护理在小儿发热中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的观察优质护理在小儿发热中的应用效果。方法选择2015年1月至2015年2月我院儿科门诊急性呼吸道感染伴发热患儿242例,随机分为两组,观察组实行常规护理干预,实验组实行优质护理,对两组患儿的护理效果进行比较。结果实验组患儿发热持续时间、惊厥发生率明显低于对照组,实验组患儿家属对小儿发热相关知识水平高于对照组(P<0.05)有统计学意义。结论 1、优质护理服务缩短了发热持续时间、降低了惊厥发生率。2、提高了患儿家属对小儿发热相关知识的水平。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of high quality nursing in children with fever.Methods：242 Acute re-spiratory tract infection children with fever were collected in our hospital from Jan 2015 to Jun 2015. They were divided into ob-servation group and high quality nursing group randomly, and compare the nursing effect of two groups.Results： The duration of fever and the incidence of febrile convulsion in high quality nursing group is lower than observation group, however parents with the level of knowledge related with children fever is higher than observation group.Conclusion：1. The high quality nurs-ing in children can lower the duration of fever and the rate of febrile convulsion. 2. The high quality nursing in children improve the patients＆#39; level of knowledge in children with fever.
