摘　　要：目的探讨在ICU内针对机械通气患者应用舒芬太尼的镇痛镇静疗效护理。方法选取我院ICU开展机械通气治疗的42例患者作为研究样本,随机分为对照组与观察组各21例,两组患者均给予咪达唑仑,对照组患者在此基础上增加芬太尼,观察组患者在此基础上舒芬太尼。结果观察组样本的临床镇静镇痛效果分级明显好于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对ICU机械通气患者给予舒芬太尼药物,可有效起到镇静镇痛效果,具有较高的安全性,配合针对而有效的护理措施,可降低药物反应,达到较满意的镇静、镇痛效果。Objective： In patients with mechanical ventilation in the intensive care unit for appl ication of citron acid ShuFen too, ShuFen sedative effect of analgesia.Methods：Selct our hospital intensive care unit in patients with mechanical ventilation treat ment of 21 cases as the research sample, each 21cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group, two groups of patients were given general Midazolarm.Results： Observation group sample clinical sedation analgesia effect of clas-sification is much better than the control group, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The patients with mechanical ventilation in intensive care unit for sufentanil drugs, which can effectively play a calm analgesic effect, has the high security, is worth popularization and application widely.
