推拿结合旋转复位手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究和分析推拿结合旋转复位手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法选择我院2014年1月份到2015年2月份接收的腰椎间盘突出症患者80例为主要对象,随机分成对照组和实验组,各40例。对照组给予牵引治疗,实验组患者增加推拿结合旋转复位手法治疗。观察和比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果在总有效率比较上,实验组比对照组高,差异明显,P<0.05,提示有统计学意义;在VAS分值改善情况比较上,实验组优于对照组,差异明显,P<0.05,提示有统计学意义。结论采用推拿结合旋转复位手法对腰椎间盘突出症进行治疗,效果理想,能够有效缓解患者的疼痛感,值得普及。Objective： To explore and analyze the clinical effect of massage combined with rotation reduction manipulation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods：80 patients with lumbar disc herniation received by our hospital from January 2014 to February 2015 were selected as the main object, and were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, each of 40 cases. The control group was treated with traction, and the experimental group was treated with the combination of massage and manipulation. Observation and comparison of the treatment effect of the two groups of patients.Results： In the total efficiency comparison, the experimental group than in the control group, significant difference,P〈0.05, suggesting that there was significant; in VAS score, to improve the situation, experimental group was better than that of the control group, the difference was significant,P〈0.05, suggesting that was statistically significant.Conclusion：The treatment of lumbar disc herniation by using the combined treatment of massage combined with manipulation, the effect is ideal, can effectively relieve the pain of patients, it is worth popularizing.
