探讨脑梗死偏瘫患者肢体运动功能恢复的护理措施

摘　　要：目的研究对脑梗死偏瘫病患实施早期综合康复护理干预措施的意义。方法选取96例在我院进行治疗的脑梗死病患,并进行分析研究,将其随机平均分为两组,观察组与对照组每组48例。对对照组病患采取常规的护理方案;在采取常规护理的基础上,对对照组病患采取综合康复护理干预措施。结果经过治疗及护理后,比较两组病患的Barthel指数及FMA,发现观察组病患均比对照组病患好,P<0.05存在显著性差异,在统计学上有意义。结论对脑梗死偏瘫病患实施早期综合康复护理干预措施能促进病患恢复运动功能,提升病患的日常生活能力。Objective： To study the significance of hemiplegic patients with early implementation of comprehensive rehabili-tation nursing interventions.Methods：Of cerebral infarction patients in our hospital for treatment of 96 cases, and analysis, which were randomly divided into 2 groups, 48 cases in each group and the control group. For the control group of patients taking con-ventional care regimens; on the basis of routine care, comprehensive rehabilitation nursing interventions for the control group of patients taking.Results： After treatment and care, Barthel Index and the FMA patients were compared, it was found in patients in the observation group than the control group of patients well,P〈0.05 significant difference statistically significant.Conclusion：The implementation of early comprehensive rehabilitation nursing interventions for patients with hemiplegic patients to promote recovery of motor function and enhance the patient＇s activities of daily living.
