摘 要:目的分析和探讨CT在肺结核空洞与肺癌空洞鉴别诊断中的应用效果。方法选取我院2013年1月至2014年1月收治的30例肺结核空洞患者作为甲组,同时期收治的30例肺癌空洞患者作为乙组,对两组患者CT影像学特点进行分析。结果肺结核空洞单发18例,多发12例;右肺17例,左肺13例;病灶直径≥4cm者6例,<4cm者24例。肺癌空洞均为单发,右肺19例,左肺11例;病灶直径≥4cm者20例,<4cm者10例。肺癌空洞患者分叶、胸膜凹陷征、壁结节、厚壁空洞征象多于肺结核空洞患者,肺结核空洞患者钙化、周围卫星灶、薄壁空洞等征象多于肺癌空洞,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肺结核空洞与肺癌空洞鉴别诊断中,CT具有较高的诊断价值,为疾病的诊断、治疗及预后提供科学的参考依据,值得临床推广应用。Objective: To investigate the effect of CT in the differential diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis and lung cancer. Methods:Selected in our hospital in 2013 from Jan uary in January 30 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis cavities were as first divi-sion. During the same period were 30 cases of lung cancer cavity patients as group B, on two groups of patients with CT imaging features were analyzed.Results: Pulmonary tuberculosis cavity single 18 cases, less than 4cm in 10 cases. Lung cancer cavity were divided into leaves, pleural indentation sign, mural nodules and the thick wall cavities signs more than cavitary pulmonary tuber-culosis patients, cavitary pulmonary tuberculosis patients with calcified and surrounding satellite nodules and thin wall cavity signs more than lung cancer cavity, with statistical significance (P〈0.05).Conclusion:In cavitary pulmonary tuberculosis and lung cancer cavity differential diagnosis, CT has high value in the diagnosis, and provide scientific basis for the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of the disease. It is worthy of clinical application.
