摘  要:针对梁体钢筋绑扎控制难和保护层不准确等问题,自行设计钢筋绑扎模架,工人在模架内绑扎钢筋骨架,准确定位,骨架钢筋横平竖直,钢筋保护层合格率均在95%以上,梁体施工质量得到保证和提高。这一技术将大大提高T梁施工的标准化,并将预制T梁的施工提升到了一个崭新的台阶,其成功经验对今后的类似工程具有重要的借鉴参考价值。Aiming at the problems of difficult and protective layer is not accurate control of beam reinforcement lashing, self-designed binding steel formwork, workers in the inner mould for binding steel skeleton, accurate positioning, skeleton reinforced vertical and horizontal, reinforced protection layer qualified rate was above 95%, the construction quality of girder are to ensure and improve the. This technology will greatly enhance the standardization of the construction of T beam and the precast T beam construction will be elevated to a new level. The successful experience of the similar projects in the future has important reference value.
