摘　　要：分析了基于现在海上输油管道、西气东输等大型管道在装配时夹具的不便于使用、不便于维护、作业人员工作的困难,得出了快速对接装置在机械设备加工,机械零部件加工与装配的夹具设计与制造过程都很重要,在相当重要的程度上决定了加工与装配的精度质量,尤其是野外安装操作。This paper based on the analysis of the difficulties, which are large now offshore oil pipeline, natural gas from the west to east gas pipeline and other pipeline in the assembly fixture is not easy to use, easy to maintenance and operating personnel working. Get quick connecting device in the processing machinery and equipment, machinery parts processing and assembly fixture design and manufacture process are very important, considerable extent determines the processing and assembly precision quality, especially the field installation and operation.
