摘　　要：介绍了利用PLC对某冷冻厂冷库电路的改进过程,通过分析原有的冷库电路,发现存在保护电路不完善、启动电路无延时及控制线路复杂等问题。改进后的控制电路采用了PLC控制,对主机采用了双重控制,增设了故障指示和报警功能。改进后的冷库电路运行安全可靠,控制系统的维护检修更为便捷,大大提高了冷库的工作效率。This paper introduces using PLC on a frozen cold storage plant circuit to improve the process, it analyzes the original cold storage circuit and find that presence of protection circuit is not perfect, the start up circuit without delay and control circuit complex and so on. Then one improve control circuit adopts PLC control, which adopts the double control of the host, adds the fault indication and alarm function. Debugging and running results show that the improved cold storage circuit operation is safe and reliable, the cold storage system operating parameters conform to the specification requirements, it is more convenient, and greatly improving the efficiency of the cold storage.
