摘　　要：腹泻型肠易激综合征作为临床常见病与多发病,目前已受到越来越多的关注。中医药辨证论治为本病的个体化治疗提供了良好的契机。古代医家对IBS"痛""泻"表述多从肝气郁滞、脾胃虚弱、脾肾阳虚、气机逆乱、痰浊瘀血5个方面立论;近现代中医学者则采用聚类分析、数据挖掘等现代医学手段对本病的证型、证素进行归纳演绎。中医学理论源远流长,探索本病中医辨证的源流及发展趋势,是为了将更加实用、客观的中医辨证指南应用于临床实践,以期提高中医药辨证治疗本病的循证医学等级,从而进一步建立具有中医药特色的临床疗效评价体系,为本病的中医辨证提供强有力的佐证。As a common and multiple disease, diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome has been paid more and more attention. Treatment based on syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） provides a good chance for the disease. That ancient physicians made a point about ＇pain＇ ＇diarrhea＇ related to irritable bowel syndrome from the aspects of liver＇s-qi stasis, spleen-stomach weakness, spleen-kidney yang deficiency, qi-movement disturbance, phlegm-turbidity and blood- stasis. Meanwhile, modem scholars of TCM adopted different kinds of modem medical means to summarize the syndrome types and elements, such as cluster analysis, data mining and so on. Exploring the origin and development trend of TCM syndrome differentiation plays an important role in building up practical and objective guidelines applied in clinical practice. By this way, the level of TCM on the treatment of this disease can be improved. Further, the evaluation system of clinical efficacy of TCM should be established to provide strong evidence for TCM syndrome differentiation of this disease.
