摘　　要：发热是临床常见的症状之一,文章试图较全面的梳理与发热相关的伤寒、温病、阴火、相火等各家理论,并总结出发热的10种证治方法及其临床应用要点,包括解表退热法、和解退热法、清气退热法、通下退热法、清营凉血法、祛湿退热法、养阴退热法、甘温除热法、温阳退热法以及祛瘀退热法,并且归纳了发热治疗的一般规律,即首辨外感内伤和按传变规律治疗。Fever is one of common symptoms in clinical. This paper tries to comb the theories of cold pathogenic diseases, epidemic febrile disease, Yin-fire and ministerial fire. It summarizes ten therapies and main points of its clinical application, which includes resolving superficies for relieving fever, relieving fever with reconciliation method, clearing qifen for relieving fever, relieving fever by purgation, clearing heat in yingfen and and cooling blood, eliminating dampness for relieving fever, nourishing yin for relieving fever, relieving fever with sweet and warm-natured drugs and warming yang for relieving fever. It also summarizes the general therapeutic rules of fever, which includes differentiating the exogenous and internal injuries firstly, and treating diseases according to the rules of disease progress.
