喻昌“一法三则”组方探析

摘　　要：喻昌遣药组方基于辨证论治,尤为强调先议病后用药之"法",谨遵"三则"。文章从喻昌主以病证之"法"组方,并以此法为基础从病因言组方、从病机言组方、从主症兼症加减化裁言组方之"三则"中探析其遣方用药之临证特点,以期为临床更好的运用方剂提供参佐。The prescription methods proposed by YU Chang are based on diaclectical treatment which strict to ＂Three Principles＂and emphasize the discussion of disease before prescription.This article explored the clinical prescription characters based on the prescription composition principle of disease and syndrome advocated by YU Chang from the following three rules： composting prescription based on etiology, composting prescription based on pathogenesis and composting prescription based on primary and accompanied symptoms and modified formulas, in order to provide reference for the clinical application of prescriptions.
