基于数据挖掘技术探析针刺治疗失眠症的经穴使用特点

摘　　要：目的:运用数据挖掘技术分析现代针刺治疗失眠症的经穴使用特点和规律。方法:在收集针刺治疗失眠症的现代文献基础上,建立针灸处方数据库,主要采用数据挖掘技术中的关联规则方法,分析针刺治疗失眠症的经穴使用特点和规律。结果:本研究共纳入失眠症的针刺处方266条,共使用腧穴138个,总频次2 890次,选用的腧穴遍布十四经脉及奇经八脉,经络选用以膀胱经、胃经和督脉为多;位于四肢和头面颈项部的腧穴分别占总腧穴的54.19%和20.03%,可见针刺治疗失眠症非常重视四肢部和头面颈项部腧穴的选用,其中以神门、三阴交、百会和太溪使用最为频繁;特定穴的选取具有绝对优势,所占选取腧穴的88.55%,特别重视选用交会穴以及肘膝关节以下的五输穴、原穴、背俞穴、八脉交会穴、络穴等;特定穴的选取具有绝对优势,配伍以五输穴配交会穴支持度最高。结论:数据挖掘技术运用于针刺治疗失眠现代临床文献的研究是合理可行的,可以为现代临床研究及治疗提供依据。Objective： The data in literature of acupuncture on treatment of insomnia Using data mining technology to analyze the application characteristics and laws of the meridian points in the treatment of insomnia with acupuncture in modem times.Method： On the basis of the collection of the modern literatures about the treatment of insomnia with acupuncture, The database of acupuncture-moxibustion prescription was established.The relevance rule method in the data mining technology was mainly adopted to analyze the application characteristics and laws of the meridian points in the treatment of insomnia with acupuncture.Results： Totally 266 prescriptions of acupuncture were collected,including 138 acupoints and 2 890 application frequency.The selected acupoints were distributed in the fourteen meridians and eight extra meridians. The selections of meridians mainly were bladder meridian,conception stomach and du meridian.54.19% of the selected acupoints were on the four limbs and 20.03% of the selected acupoints were on the head,face and neck.As a result, acupuncture for insomnia pay much attention on acupoint on four limbs,head,face and neck,in which shenmen（HT 7）,sanyinjiao（SP 6）,baihui （DU 20）and taixi（KI 3） were the most frequently used.Selection of special acupoint was dominant,which occupied 88.55% of all the acupoints.It especially pay more attention to Selection of crossing points and acupoints below the elbow and knee joints,such as five-shu points,yuan- primary points,back-shu points,eight confluent points and luo-connecting points.Selection of special acupoint was dominant.As for compatibility of special aeupoints,the supportive degree between five-shu points and crossing points was the highest.Conclusion： It is feasible to apply data mining technology to the modem clinical literature research of acupuncture for treating insomnia,which can provide evidence for the modem clinical research and treatment .
