利肺片配合冬病夏治哮喘膏治疗肺肾两虚型慢性支气管炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:评价利肺片配合冬病夏治哮喘膏治疗慢性支气管炎的疗效及作用机制。方法:将100例肺肾两虚型慢性支气管炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例,治疗组采用口服中药利肺片(每次0.5g,每日3次),并配合冬病夏治哮喘膏(穴位选取:肺俞、心俞、膈俞、定喘、膏肓);对照组采用口服西药多索茶碱(每次0.4g,每日2次)及盐酸氨溴索缓释胶囊(每次75mg,每日1次)。观察治疗1个月后的咳嗽、咳痰、乏力、咳喘评分,并评价临床疗效。结果:治疗组显效率及总有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),咳嗽、咳喘、乏力与对照组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:利肺片配合冬病夏治哮喘膏可减轻慢性支气管炎的临床症状,其可能的作用机制是提高气道黏膜的保护作用,促进病灶吸收,增强机体免疫功能,减轻气道局部炎性反应。Objective： To evaluate Lung Tablet with winter disease summer treat asthma cream for the treatment of chronic bronchitis curative effect and mechanism of action. Methods： 100 cases of lung and kidney deficiency in patients with chronic bronchitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 50 cases in each one, the oral Chinese medicine was used in treatment group, Lung Tablet （0.5g each time, 3 times a day）, and the winter disease summer treat asthma cream; control group with oral western medicine doxofyUine （0.4g each time, twice a day） and ammonia bromine hydrochloride sustainedrelease capsules （75mg each time, once a day）. The scores of cough, expectoration, hypodynamia, cough and asthma were observed one month after the treatment, and the clinical efficacy was evaluated. Results： Significant efficiency and total effective rate in treatment group were better than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Cough cough and asthma, hypodynamia were statistically significant compared with the control group after treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Lung Tablet with winter disease summer treat asthma cream can alleviate clinical symptoms of chronic bronchitis, the possible mechanism of action is to improve the airway mucosa protection, reduce the partial airway inflammation.
