摘　　要：张伯礼教授,在老年期痴呆方面首创分期论治和脑脊液药理学方法,在临床论治时根据其本虚标实相互参合、交互致病的病机特点施以补肾为要、痰瘀并治的标本兼顾之法,并重视调畅中焦气机,升清降浊和安神志,燮心理肝诸法的灵活运用。文章就以上方法的运用和具体用药特点进行了总结和探讨。In the researches on senile dementia, professor ZHANG Bo-li pioneered different treatment stage therapy and cerebrospinal fluid pharmacology method. In the treatment of senile dementia, he emphasized reinforcing kidney, dissipating phlegm and eliminating blood stasis, and he also paid attention to regulating qi activity of middle jiao, ascending lucidity and descending turbidity, tranquillization and regulating liver and heart. This paper summarized and investigated the application of methods mentioned above and specific medication characteristics.
