摘　　要：张俐教授现任国家中医药管理局中医骨伤重点学科带头人,省部共建教育部重点实验室主任,曾先后留学工作于美、德两国,具有扎实的中医药理论基础及独特的现代化临床视角,善于根据疾病的病理病机特点,设立专方,临证加减,具有提纲挈领,执简驭繁的效果。文章将张教授治疗骨质疏松症合并骨关节炎所采用的专方及其临证经验做一总结。Professor ZHANG Li is the leader of key discipline of traumatology and orthopedics of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） of the State Administrative of TCM and the director of key laboratory co-sponsored by province and ministry. She has worked and studied in the United States and Germany. She has a solid theoretical foundation of TCM and unique modem clinical perspective, and she is also good at composing a special prescription for special disease according to the pathological characteristics, and modified according to the clinical syndromes, which has the effect of concentrating on the main points and handing complexity by simplicity. This paper summarized professor ZHANG Li＇s experience in treating osteoporosis complicated with osteoarthritis with special prescriptions.
