摘 要:功能磁共振成像(f MRI)是目前已知的唯一的一种非侵入性的能实时、直接反映大脑神经活动改变以及精确定位大脑相关核团高级功能变化的研究手段。大量研究证实,运用f MRI可以阐释针刺对脑功能活动的作用效应。文章基于已知的针刺内关穴治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效和实验研究成果,从f MRI特点及优势、运用f MRI应注意的问题以及可能进一步取得的进展三方面探讨运用f MRI技术进行针刺治疗心绞痛中枢机制研究的应用前景,以实现针刺治疗冠心病作用机制方面的创新和发展。Functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) was only one non-intrusively research tool known so far which could real-timely, accurately and directly reflect the brain activity changes and advanced function changes of brain nuclei. Study after study had shown that the action-effects of acupuncture on brain functional activity could be explained by using fMRI. This paper discussed the prospects of applying fMRI technique in central nervous mechanism researches of treating angina with acupuncture at Neiguan (PC 6) based on the clinical efficacy and research achievements of treating angina of coronary heart disease with acupuncture in Neiguan (PC 6) from the following aspects: characteristics and advantages of fMRI, matters and attentions of using fMRI, and further progress, in order to realize the innovation and development in mechanism and action of treating coronary heart disease with acupuncture.
