摘　　要：捏脊是小儿推拿常用手法,尤其对治疗小儿消化系统和呼吸系统疾病具有良好的临床疗效,文章通过系统回顾和分析国内捏脊疗法的相关文献,从中医的传统理论及现代研究两个方面探讨捏脊疗法的作用机制,归纳其作用特点,以促进捏脊疗法的机制研究及临床推广应用。Chiropractic therapy is a common practice in pediatric massage, especially in the treatment of pediatric digestive and respiratory system diseases. This paper investigated the mechanism of chiropractic therapy from traditional theories and modern researches, and summarized the role characteristics based on the systematic review and analysis of literatures about chiropractic therapy, in order to promote its mechanism researches and clinical application.
