中药芍药甘草汤基原及药效组分和药理作用研究概况

摘　　要：文章对传统中药芍药甘草汤基原、药效组分和药理作用3个方面进行了综述,旨在探讨芍药甘草汤的传承轨迹、中药概念的定位和现代中药传承创新的基本思路。芍药甘草汤最早见于汉代张仲景《伤寒论·辨太阳病脉证并治》,功效:柔肝舒筋、缓急止痛。后世医家在此方基础上的加味方颇多,但对本方的物质基础研究仅见一斑。文章系统揭示了中药的属性、临床传承与药效组分的对应性关系。未来中药是在中药药效组分理论指导下产生的药效组分中药。This paper summarized the origin, active components alignment and pharmacological actions of Shaoyao Gancao Decoction in order to investigate the heritage experience, conception positioning and basic thoughts of inheritance and innovation of Shaoyao Gancao decoction. Shaoyao Gancao Decoction was first reported in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases in Hart dynasty written by ZHANG Zhong-jing, and its functions were softening liver, relieving rigidity of muscles, relaxing spasm and relieving pain. There were a great many of modified formulas based on this formula applied in clinical by modem physicians, and the researches of substantial basis of this formula were evident. This paper systematically revealed the corresponding relationships among TCM properties, clinical inheritance and active components alignment through summarizing the origin, active components alignment and pharmacological actions of Shaoyao Gancao Decoction. Herbs in future might be the active components alignment of herbs generated under the guidance of the active components alignment theory.
