摘 要:运用中医面诊数字化检测系统,采集以慢性肾功能衰竭、冠心病、慢性乙型肝炎、支气管哮喘、慢性胃炎为代表的五脏病患者的面部信息,并对其面色、唇色、光泽3种主要的面部信息特征进行检测分析,以探索和验证五脏疾病与五色的对应规律。慢性肾功能衰竭组患者面色以黄色、青色多见,冠心病组患者面色以红色、黄色多见,慢性乙肝组患者面色以黄色、黑色多见,支气管哮喘组患者以黄色、红色为主,慢性胃炎组患者以黄色、正常面色及红色为主,各病之间在颜色参数上有显著差异(P<0.05);5种疾病的口唇颜色多表现为紫色或深红,与正常组的唇色分布有显著差异(P<0.05);在光泽判定上,5种疾病中被判定为无光泽或少光泽的患者均占大多数,与正常组光泽分布显著差异(P<0.05)。证实不同脏腑疾病面部特征的参数变化有一定规律,中医面诊数字化检测仪辅助中医临床诊断是可行的。为慢性肾功能衰竭、冠心病、慢性乙型肝炎、支气管哮喘及慢性胃炎的中医辨证诊断提供了客观依据。This study collected facial information of patients who had diseases of five viscera represented by chronic renal failure, coronary heart disease, chronic hepatitis B, bronchial asthma and chronic gastritis, by applying digitalized detection system of facial diagnosis in Chinese medicine, so as to explore and verify the corresponding regularity between diseases of five viscera and five colors. The results showed that the group of patients with chronic renal failure usually had yellowish and bluish facial complexion; the group of patients who had coronary heart disease mainly had red as well as yellowish facial complexion; the group of patients with chronic hepatitis B usually had yellowish and black complexion; the group of patients with bronchial asthma mainly had yellowish and red facial complexion; and the group of patients who had chronic gastritis mainly had yellowish and red facial complexion. There were distinct differences on the color parameters among the above-mentioned diseases (P〈0.05). Most of the lip colors within the 5 diseases were purple or deep red, which had evident difference with the lip color of normal group (P〈0.05). On sheen determination, patients with the five diseases above were diagnosed as sheeniess or having little sheen in majority, which had significant difference with sheen distribution in normal group (P〈0.05). The results confirmed that there was certain regularity among the variance of parameters of facial features within different visceral diseases, and it was feasible to apply digitalized detection instruments of facial diagnosis in Chinese medicine on assisting clinical diagnosis of Chinese medicine, which provided objective foundations for Chinese medical pattern identification and diagnosis in diseases namely chronic renal failure, coronary heart disease, chronic hepatitis B, bronchial asthma and chronic gastritis.
