摘 要:目的:探讨健脾化瘀解毒方胃炎Ⅰ号对胃癌前病变(PLGC)大鼠胃黏膜NF-κBp65、IKKβm RNA、VEGF表达的影响。方法:将SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、维酶素组、胃炎Ⅰ号组。除正常组外,其他组采用MNNG饮水液自由饮用(200μg/m L)、饥饱失常、小承气汤(2m L/只,生药1g/m L)灌胃法复制PLGC大鼠模型,使用胃炎Ⅰ号灌胃10周后,检测胃黏膜上皮细胞NF-κBp65、IKKβm RNA、VEGF的表达。结果:模型组胃黏膜NF-κBp65、IKKβm RNA、VEGF的表达较正常组显著升高(P<0.01);胃炎Ⅰ号可降低NF-κBp65、IKKβm RNA、VEGF的表达评分(P<0.01)。结论:胃炎Ⅰ号能抑制NF-κB及VEGF信号通路的异常激活,下调NF-κBp65、IKKβm RNA、VEGF的表达,能一定程度抑制胃黏膜慢性炎性反应及血管新生,起到防治胃癌前病变的作用。Objective: To observe the effects of Weiyanyihao on the expression of NF-κBp65, IKKβ mRNA, VEGF in rat gastric mucosa with precancerous lesions of gastric cancer (PLGC). Methods: The SD rats were randomized into four groups, including normal, model, Vatacoenayme and Weiyanyihao. To prepare the rat model of PLGC by giving MNNG (200μg/mL) and basal diet, Xiaochengqi Decoction (2mL per) by gavage and abnormal of starvation and full. Results: Compared with the normal, the NF-κBp65, IKKβ mRNA, VEGF in the model group were increased (P〈0.01); Compared with the model group, the NF- κBp65, IKKβ mRNA, VEGF were decreased (P〈0.01). Conclusion: Weiyanyihao could inhibit the activation of NF-κB and VEGF pathway, to reduce the expression of NF-κBp65, IKKβ mRNA, VEGF, which could inhibit chronic inflammation and angiogenesis in gastric mucosa.
