苏黄止咳胶囊治疗儿童感染后咳嗽的临床疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:观察苏黄止咳胶囊治疗儿童感染后咳嗽的有效性及安全性。方法:选取57例儿童感染后咳嗽且中医辨证诊断为风咳证,随机分为观察组29例,采用苏黄止咳胶囊治疗;对照组28例以可愈糖浆为对照药物,疗程7d,观察治疗前后患儿咳嗽症状评分、疗效自评及安全性指标。结果:观察组咳嗽症状评分和疗效自评总有效率均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);通过治疗后各年龄段咳嗽症状总评分比较,观察组6-12岁、>12岁年龄段咳嗽症状总评分较对照组改善更显著(P<0.05),而4-6岁年龄段差异不显著。治疗过程中两组均未见不良反应发生。结论:苏黄止咳胶囊治疗儿童感染后咳嗽疗效显著且安全可靠,值得临床推广使用。Objective： To observe the effectiveness and safety of Suhuang Zhike Capsule in treatment of pediatric post- infectious cough. Methods： 57 children with post-infectious cough were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in control group （28 cases） were treated with codeine and guaifenesin syrup, and patients in experimental group were treated with Suhuang Zhike Capsule, and both were treated for 7 days. The indexes as cough symptom score, curative efficacy and safety of children patients of pretherapy and post-treatment were observed. Results： Cough symptom scores and total efficiency of self-evaluation curative effect of children patients in experimental group were higher than that of control group, and the difference had statistical significant （P〈0.05）. Cough symptom scores of children aged 6-12 years old and aged 12 years 01d or older in treatment group were improved significantly compared with control group （P〈0.05）, while the difference in which was not significant in children aged 4-6 years old between the two groups. There was no obvious adverse reaction in the treatment courses. Conclusion： The curative effects of Suhuang Zhike Capsule used in treatment of pediatric post-infectious cough are significant. It is safety and reliable in the treatment of pediatric post-infectious cough, and worth to be generalized in clinical.
