利肺片联合穴位用药冬病夏治法治疗耐多药肺结核的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察利肺片联合穴位注射、穴位敷贴的冬病夏治方法治疗耐多药肺结核的临床疗效及对细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:将60例耐多药肺结核患者随机分为治疗组、对照组,对照组给予西药治疗,治疗组在西药治疗基础上,加冬病夏治治疗(利肺片口服联合喘可治穴位注射、中药穴位敷贴),观察两组患者治疗后的临床疗效,统计治疗前后血CD4+T细胞和CD8+T细胞含量和CD4+/CD8+变化。结果:1治疗组有效率(86.67%)显著优于对照组(63.33%)(P<0.05);2与本组治疗前及对照组治疗后比较,治疗组治疗后细胞免疫功能指标CD4+T细胞含量、CD4+/CD8+比值显著增高(P<0.01)。结论:利肺片联合穴位用药的冬病夏治通过改善患者临床症状,提高治疗的痰菌阴转率,增加患者CD4+T细胞含量及CD4+/CD8+比值,提高机体细胞免疫功能,达到治疗耐多药肺结核的作用。Objective： To observe the influence of combination of Lifei tablets and acupoint injection or acupoint application for treating winter diseases in summer on immune cellular functions, and the clinical curative effects in treatment of multi-drug resistant tuberculosis. Methods： Sixty patients with multi-drug resistant tuberculosis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Patients in control group were treated with western medicine, and patients in treatment group were treated with therapy of treating winter diseases in summer （Lifei tablets combined with acupoint-injection of Chuankezhi and acupoint application of Chinese medicines） based on the western medicine treatment. To observe the clinical curative effects of patients in the two groups, and perform a statistical analysis on the contents of CD4, CD＋ and ratio of CD＋/CD＋ in plasma before and after treatment. Results： ①The clinical efficacy of treatment group （86.67%） was superior to control group （63.33%） （P〈0.05）. ②After treatment, in statistics, the values of CD＋, CD＋/ CD＋ were higher in treatment group than in control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： By eliminating the symptoms, improving the sputum negative conversion rate, winter disease cured in summer by Lifei Tablet complicating acupoints therapy can cure MDR-TB patients by increasing the concentration of CD4 and the ratios of CD＋/CD＋.
