抗痨丸联用抗结核西药对肺结核患者Th17细胞及调节性T细胞平衡状态的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察抗痨丸联用抗结核西药对肺结核患者辅助性T细胞17(Th17)及调节性T细胞(Tr)平衡状态的影响。方法:选择本院本病区收治的106例肺结核患者,随机分为抗痨丸结合抗结核西药综合治疗组(简称观察组)以及单纯抗结核西药治疗组(简称对照组),每组各53例。分别治疗3个月,治疗结束后检测CD4T细胞群以及T细胞亚群含量,计算比例,评定两组患者的疗效。结果:观察组患者总有效率为90.57%,优于对照组有效率73.58%,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的CD4T细胞总数以及Tr、Th17在其中的比例比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的CD4T细胞总数以及Th17在其中的比例较对照组明显增加,而Tr在其中的比例则较对照组降低,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:抗痨丸联用抗结核西药治疗结核有效性较好,其机制与促进结核患者的Th17细胞分化,恢复Th17/Tr平衡状态有关。Objective： To observe the effect of Kanglao Pill combined with anti- tuberculosis western medicine on tuberculosis patients＇ Th17 cells and regulatory T cells balanced state. Methods： Selected 106 cases tuberculosis patients who were treated in our department,randomly divided into Kanglao Pill combined with anti-tuberculosis western medicine treatment group（ observation group） and simple anti- tuberculosis western medicine treatment group（ control group）,53 cases in each group. After treatment,content of CD4 T cell clusters and T cell subset clusters were checked then calculated the ratio,evaluated two groups patients＇ curative effect.Results： Effective percentage in observation group was 90. 57%,that was better than control group＇s 73. 58%,the differences had statistical significances（ P〈0. 05）. Before treatment,compared CD4 T total cell number and Tr,Th17 cells＇ ratio between the two groups,the differences hadn＇t statistical significances（ P〉0. 05）; after treatment,CD4 T total cell number and Th17 ratio were inereased compare with those of control group,and Tr cells＇ ratio of observation group patients were lower than that of control group,the differences had statistical significances（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Treated tuberculosis with Kanglao Pill combined with anti- tuberculosis western medicine can get better effectiveness,the mechanism maybe related with promoting Th17 cell differentiation,recovering balanced state of Th17 / Tr.
