内障丸雄激素样药理作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究内障丸的雄激素样作用。方法:采用去势大鼠,实验分正常对照组、模型对照组、内障丸高剂量、内障丸组低剂量、阳性对照组5组,各组分别给予相应药物及生理盐水,每天1次,连续给药21天。观察各组大鼠阴茎勃起潜伏期及包皮腺、前列腺、精囊腺的质量,计算附性腺指数,并采用放射免疫法检测各组大鼠血清睾酮含量。结果:内障丸高剂量能明显增加去势大鼠包皮腺、前列腺、精液囊的质量,明显缩短去势大鼠阴茎勃起潜伏期;高、低剂量均能够增加血清睾酮的含量,高剂量组作用更明显。结论:内障丸具有雄激素样作用。Objective： To study the adrenocorticotrophic hormone- like action of Neizhang Pill. Methods：Taking castrated rats as models,experiment was divided into normal,model,positive group,Neizhang Pill high dosage and low dosage groups,each group was given the corresponding saline or medicine,once a day for21 days. The penile erectile incubation period of rats was determined,the weight indexes of rats. preputial glands,prostate gland and seminal vesicle were counted and recorded,rats＇ serum testosterone was determined by RIA method. Results： High dosage Neizhang Pill could obviously shorten the penile erectile incubation period of rats and decrease the weight of preputial glands,prostate gland and seminal vesicle,high and low dosage Neizhang Pill could significantly raised the serum testosterone content,the effect of high dosage group was more obvious.
