摘  要:目的:通过观察石甘散对戊四氮致痫大鼠海马神经元病理形态学的影响,探讨其保护作用。方法:60只Wistar大鼠随机分为6组,每组10只,正常组、模型组、西药对照组、石甘散组、石菖蒲组、甘松组,分组治疗1个月后,HE、尼氏染色观察大鼠海马组织病理形态学的变化。结果:与正常组比较,模型组大鼠海马神经元病理形态学变化显著,各药物组海马神经元病理变化有明显改善。模型组尼氏体染色阳性目标光密度值明显降低;各给药组与模型组比较尼氏体染色阳性目标光密度值明显升高,具有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);石甘散组与西药组光密度值相近,均高于石菖蒲和甘松组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:石甘散对癫痫大鼠海马神经元损伤具有保护作用。Objective: To explore the protective effect of Shigan Powder on hippocampal neurons through observing its effect on pathomorphology changes of hippocampal neurons in cardiazol- induced epilepsy rats.Methods: 60 Wistar rats were randomly divided into 6 groups,10 rats in each group,normal group,model group,western medicine group,Shigan Powder group,rhizoma acori graminei group,spikenard group,changes of pathological morphology were observed in rats' hippocampus after treatment for 1 month. Results: To compare with normal group,the pathomorphology changes of hippocampal neurons in cardiazol- induced epilepsy rats were obviously,the pathomorphology changes of hippocampal neurons in each group with medicine were significantly improved. To compare with normal group,Nissl staining positive optical density value was increased significantly in model group,to compare with model group,Nissl staining positive optical density value was significantly in each medicating group,there was statistical significance( P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01); Optical density values of Shigan Powder group and western medicine group were similar,that was higher than that in rhizoma acori graminei group and spikenard group,the statistical difference was significance( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Shigan Powder can effectively protect hippocampal neurons of rats with epilepsy from injury.
