摘　　要：采用自主研发的防水剂对丙纶机织物进行防水整理,结合丙纶的性能得出最佳工艺配方,并与市场上常用防水剂进行性能对比。筛选并配制了适合丙纶用的PA涂层胶,对防水后的织物进行涂层整理,并在工厂进行放样。测试结果显示:经涂层后的丙纶织物的耐水压为6 972.5 Pa,防水等级90分。The polypropylene woven fabrics are finished by self-developed waterproof agent. The optimum finish process is obtained. The performance of self-developed waterproof agent is compared with the market used waterproof agent. The polypropylene PA coating adhesive is selected to coat the polypropylene woven fabric after waterproof finishing, and test is carried out in the factory. The results show that the waterproof polypropylene woven fabric has the water pressure resistance 6 972.5 Pa and the waterproof level 90 points after coating finish.
