摘  要:目的针对现行规范有关扣件式钢管模板体系中可调支托伸出长度规定不一致的现状,给出《建筑施工模板安全技术规范》(JGJ162—2008)修订参考意见.方法在实验室内建立6组模板支架试验模型,研究可调支托不同伸出长度下模板支架的受力机理及破坏模式.结果随着可调支托伸出长度的增加,模板支架破坏荷载显著下降.立杆伸出顶层水平杆中心线至可调支托的长度值(a)由0.3 m增加到0.4 m,承载力降低幅度为7.12%;a值由0.3m增加到0.5 m,承载力下降了24.62%;a值由0.3 m增加到0.6 m,稳定承载力将大幅度降低,下降了36.20%.当a>0.5 m且可调支托伸出立杆长度(记为a2)为0.3 m时,可调支托的螺母最先破坏,模板支架立杆处于弹性工作状态.结论 a值不应超过0.4 m,且a2值不得大于0.2 m.This paper proposed some reference revisions for the current code "Technical code for safety of forms in construction" ( JGJ162--2008 ), where the regulations for the adjustable bracket of fastener-style steel pipe formwork support are inconsistent. Six groups of experiment model for formwork support were built and the mechanical mechanism and failure mode were studied by the different extended length of the adjustable bracket. It is found that the failure load decreases signifi- cantly with the increase of the extended length of the adjustable bracket. If the length ( namely a) between the center line of the extended upright horizontal arm and the adjustable bracket increases from 0. 3 m to 0.4m,the bearing capacity decreases 7. 12% ;the value a increases from 0. 3 m to 0. 5 re,the bearing capacity decreases 24. 62% ;the value a increases from O. 3 m to 0. 6 re,the bearing capacity decreases 36. 20%. If value a is greater than 0.5m and the extended length of ad- justable bracket is 0.3m, its nut is firstly broken. But the vertical pole of formwork support is in elastic status. Conclusion is that the value a should not be greater than 0. 4 m and the extendedlength of adjustable bracket should not be greater than O. 2 m.
