摘  要:目的研究电解气浮/过滤一体化装置在处理采油废水过程中,各因素对于油类等杂质去除效果的影响.方法以固体悬浮物(SS)质量浓度和含油量为考核指标,以油田采出水为处理对象,利用正交试验确定了最佳试验条件,并进行单因素优化实验.结果最佳停留时间18 min,最佳电流强度1.2A,最佳极板间距20 mm,最佳滤速为4 m/h,最佳试验温度为60℃.结论随着电流强度、停留时间、极板间距的增加,SS和油的去除效果均有所提高;随着温度的升高,电解气浮对油和SS的去除率都明显增加.This paper studied effect factors on removal treatment of oils and other impurities in the oil extraction wastewater by the electrolysis flotation/filtration integration device. Optimal condi- tions were determined by orthogonal experiments. The univariate optimal test was also carried out. Results show that the optimal conditions are: residence time 18 min. , current intensity 1.2 A, plate spacing 20 mm,filtration rate 4 m/h and test temperature 60 ℃. Conclusion is that with the in- crease of current intensity, residence time and plate spacing, the removal efficiency of SS and oil increases. And with the increase of temperature, oil and SS removal rates in the process of electrol- ysis flotation also significantly increase.
