摘　　要：对体育场馆专业运营商发展现状进行分析,认为国外场馆专业运营商高度重视内容产业建设和专业化的分工与合作,以及上下游产业链的建设,并提出了体育场馆专业运营商的发展对策:放开市场,鼓励专业机构参与运营;整合资源,积极推进场馆连锁运营;重视内容产业建设,掌握核心内容资源;促成场馆战略合作,形成场馆战略联盟;依托地方大型场馆,培育专业市场主体。The paper analyses the current development of professional sports stadium operator. The paper proposes that the foreign professional sports stadium operators pay attention to the content construction, professional work division and co- operation, improvement of industrial linkages. The paper proposes the development strategy for sports stadium operators, which include opening the market and encouraging the participation of professional organizations, integrating resources and promoting chain operation of sports stadiums, mastering the core resources, promoting the strategic cooperation and form of strategic league of the sports stadiums, cultivating the professional market body on the basis of local great sports stadiums.
