咸宁市咸安区居民饮食习惯与体质量指数的关联性研究

摘　　要：目的了解咸宁咸安区居民饮食习惯及其与体质量指数的关联,为制定干预措施和卫生政策提供科学依据。方法采取分层多阶段随机抽样,入户面对面对研究对象的一般情况,如年龄、性别、吸烟、饮酒、饮食习惯等进行调查。数据分析使用SPSS 17.0统计软件,变量数据运用方差分析。结果本次共调查当地居民2043人,超重率和肥胖率为26.8%和6.1%。男性超重率和肥胖率为27.6%和7%。女性超重率和肥胖率为26.1%和5.3%。3组居民(BMI<24,24≤BMI<28,BMI≥28)每年饮白酒总量组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05),3组居民每年进食大米量,薯类量,蔬菜量,禽肉量,鱼量,蛋量,奶量,豆制品量,水果量,干果量组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05),3组居民每月吸烟总量组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论咸宁咸安区居民超重和肥胖情况已成为一个重要的公共卫生问题,健康工作者应针对当地居民情况积极倡导平衡膳食,协助当地居民养成良好的饮食习惯以预防超重和肥胖。Objective To investigate the eating habit of the residents in Xian＇ an district of Xianning City, and its associa- tion with body mass index （BMI）, so as to provide scientific basis for intervention strategies and health policies. Methods A total 2043 participants were recruited by multi-stage random sampling method. The health data were ob- tained through questionnaires and physical examinations. The data were analyzed by using SPSS statistical software, and the Chi-square test was conducted for variables. Results The prevalence of overweight and obesity was 26.8% and 6.1%. The prevalence of overweight and obesity in males was 27.6% and 7% ,in males 26.1% and 5.3%. There were significant difference among the three group residents （ BMI 〈 24,24 ≤ BMI 〈 28, BMI ≥28 ） by annually liquor amount （ P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05 ）, there were significant difference among the three groups by the amount of rice, potatoes, vegetables, poultry, fish, eggs, milk, soy, fruits and nuts annually （ P 〈 0. 01, P 〈 0.05 ）, there were significant difference among the three groups by the number of child when dining（ P 〈0.05 ） ,there were significant difference among three groups by monthly smoking amount. Conclusion There is a higher prevalence rate of overweight and obesity in Xianan district of Xianning city. The health promoters should encourage the improvement of balanced diet, and assist the local residents to raise good eating habits to prevent overweight and obesity.
