摘 要:目的了解温州地区献血人群MN、P、Lewis和Kidd血型系统各种血型表现型及其基因的分布状况。方法用微量板法对随机抽取的672名献血者标本进行MN、P、Lewis和Kidd血型系统各种抗原的检测来判断表现型,对结果判断困难者用血清学试管法确认;根据检测所得表现型结果(观察值)和Hardy-weinberg遗传平衡定律来计算基因频率和表现型的期望值;采用χ2检验比较表现型分布的观察值与期望值是否存在显著性差异,来验证观察值是否符合Hardy-weinberg遗传平衡定律。结果 1MN血型系统各表现型分布规律(频率)是:MN(0.4940)>M(0.2902)>N(0.2158);基因分布规律(频率)是:LM(0.5372)>LN(0.4628)。2P血型系统各表现型分布规律(频率)是:P2(0.6503)>P1(0.3497);基因分布规律(频率)是:P2(0.8064)>P1(0.1936)。3Lewis血型系统各表现型分布规律(频率)是:Le(a-b+)(0.6696)>Le(a-b-)(0.1280)>Le(a+b+)(0.1131)>Le(a+b-)(0.0893);基因分布规律(频率)是:Leb(0.5342)>Le(0.3588)>Lea(0.1070)。4Kidd血型系统各表现型分布规律(频率)是:Jk(a+b+)(0.4777)>Jk(a-b+)(0.3184)>Jk(a+b-)(0.2039),未发现Jk(a-b-);基因分布规律(频率)是:Jkb(0.5572)>Jka(0.4428)。5MN、P、Lewis和Kidd血型系统各种血型表现型的观察值与期望值差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察值均符合Hardy-weinberg遗传平衡定律。结论温州地区献血人群MN、P、Lewis和Kidd血型系统血型表现型及其基因的分布具有多态性特征,并且符合Hardy-weinberg遗传平衡定律。Objective To study the distribution of blood group phenotype and genotype of MN, P, Lewis and Kidd blood- group systems in the blood-donation population of Wenzhou area. Methods The microplate method was performed in the blood sample of 672 blood donors to test the antigen of MN ,P,Lewis and Kidd blood-group systems and identify the blood group phenotype, for the samples that was difficult to determine, the tube method was conducted to confirmed the results. On the basis of the observed value and Hardy-weinberg principle, the gene frequencies and expected phenotype frequencies were calculated. Chi-square test was employed to analyze that whether or not the relationship between genotype frequencies in the population was at Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium.
